We offer a wide variety of massage modalities with one common goal; intentional touch customized to you and your bodies needs. With us you aren’t just a client. We get to know you, and what works for you, to provide a massage experience where you can feel the results as you get off the table. From myofascial release to precise deep tissue-to medical cupping and dynamic stretching, we have many tools and techniques to help you achieve Real Relief.
SOMATIC BREATHWORK
$50- Group Experience

Somatic Breathwork is a practice that helps you explore the depth of your subconscious mind and body through your breath! Our minds and bodies hold onto lots of information, patterns, emotions and tension. Some of this is beneficial, while some we would rather release and move on from. This powerful breathing technique and container we hold and teach allows you to safely explore and experience your subconscious and release what is no longer serving you. It allows your nervous system to recalibrate to a calmer homeostasis. You are in control and you set the intention of your session and we help guide you through it. We offer this private one on one or groups.
MIND-BODY WELLNESS COACHING
$60- 30 Minutes
$120 - 60 Minutes
Healing while beautiful, can be challenging and multifaceted. We truly believe in the mind-body connection, and giving both attention and care. At Real Relief we help you address both the physical and emotional attributes to your pain and give you the tools to heal them. Coaching sessions are client-lead and we create safe space for you to express, feel and explore what you need. We provide a listening ear, space holding, gentle suggestions and no judgement.
ENERGY HEALING
$100 - 30 Minutes
$150- 60 Minutes
$200 - 90 Minutes
Just like our bodies need to be stretched and massaged and cared for, our energy centers in our bodies benefit from it too. Energy healing is a no touch or gentle hands on technique that helps soothe the nervous system and various centers of the body to become closer to equilibrium. We provide energy healing modalities from Reiki to energy clearing to Shamanic healing and a few in between. As always our services are custom to your needs and goals.
