Jennifer is a physical therapist assistant with over 10 years of orthopedic, geriatric and sports rehabilitation in the North Shore. She began massage education shortly after she saw first-hand how important manual therapy was for her physical therapy patients’ recovery and success. From increasing range of motion and restoring function post surgery to releasing adhesions and restrictions limiting athletes function; she realized precise, intentional massage therapy facilitates relief.
Jennifer utilizes multiple physical therapy, manual stretching and myofascial release techniques. She is trained in medical cupping, IASTM, Prenatal, Craniosacral and various energy work modalities. Jennifer is well versed in most orthopedic injuries and disease processes and has a decade of first hand experience and education in holistic wellness. No session is the same: each is customized to the individual’s body, symptoms and goals. Her extensive experience with both acute and chronic injuries and advanced anatomy knowledge, sets her apart from your traditional massage therapist. Lourdes is a practicing Physical therapy Assistant and Licensed Massage Therapist with over 10 years experience of treating chronic and acute injuries from young adults to geriatric populations. From post surgical to motor vehicle accidents, she truly understands the injury and healing process. She is passionate about her career and brings a level of TLC to the table that is unmatched! Lourdes is skilled, attentive and precise with her massage techniques and enjoys getting to know her clients and their needs. Her knowledge base of therapeutic exercise and stretching brings her treatments to the next level with injury prevention and strength building.
